A comfortable, friendly and authentic gîte
The comfortable and well-appointed 85 m² cottage is 100 m from the owners' house but is independent with private parking. Its two bedrooms, half-carved into the rock, remain cool in summer and temperate in winter. This small farmhouse of four houses remains calm and peaceful.
The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
A private, flat-bottomed saltwater pool measuring 11 m by 4 m, heated from May to September, secured by a sliding polycarbonate enclosure on rails. Aquabike, pétanque court, and badminton court. Local shops are located in Cabrerets.

On the ground floor a pretty meadow and a limestone path and possibility of accessing also from below the two bedrooms each with its own bathroom and Italian shower. Two 140 beds with new quality mattresses and a folding bed 90 in one of the two bedrooms. Washing machine in the hallway.
