In high season (July and August), rental from Saturday to Saturday - arrival from 4 p.m., departure before 10 a.m.

In season (April, May, June, September and October), arrival and departure days are flexible.

 

40% deposit upon booking, balance due 4 weeks before arrival at the latest, check or bank transfer.

Security deposit of €400 upon handing over the keys

 

Electricity package included of 60 kW per week, then 30 cents per kilowatt (electric heating)

Tourist tax: €1.20 per day per adult

Dogs accepted subject to agreement with the owner: €50 per stay
